TAX AND ACCOUNTING STAFF

  

JOB SUMMARY

The responsibility of the Tax and Accounting Staff is to assist the directors to ensure that all invoices are stored and all sales reports are completed systematically, including tax matters.
Also to stay alert on the company’s timeline and make sure that goals are met perfectly without any delay.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with Finance team on monitoring bank account activities and report them to the internal system
• Perform routine inventory stocking with related departments
• Responsible for tax reconciliation, reporting, and tax payment in a timely manner
• Responsible for e-invoicing issuance
• Maintain relationships with third-party accounting and tax consultants
• Full knowledge and concern over tax and finance division timeline
• Advise management regarding the tax impact of corporate strategies
• Advise management on the impact of new laws on tax liabilities
• Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work
• Identify tax savings in a prospective acquisition scenario
• Assist Finance Director on daily Sales Reconciliation activities

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and PPT
• Brevet Tax A & B

 

WORKING HOURS

Monday ­— Friday 09.00 - 17.00

STORE MANAGEMENT INTERN (SURABAYA)

  

Our team is growing and we’re looking for a friendly, communicative, and customer service oriented manager
to oversee daily operations at our store. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing our team
of retail associates, interfacing with our customers, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee stock levels and order new items when required
• Train and supervise retail staff
• Lead staff meetings to ensure all associates stay informed
• Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Handle staff conflicts, complaints, and problems
• Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure store location lives up to standards
